TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

·         Pay a minimum token* amount and select a move-in date to confirm you booking

·    Room and bed allotment is at the sole discretion of SINGH VIP RESIDENCY MANAGEMENT.

·      Move In will only be done at the requested time and date at the time of booking. In case the Move In is postponed, Rent will start from the actual date requested at the time of Booking.

*Booking token amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

SINGH VIP RESIDENCY may disclose or transfer any of the user’s Information to any group entity, contractor, service provider, government agency within or outside his/her jurisdiction as may be deemed to be necessary or appropriate including: (a) under applicable law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to Auditors; (d) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside the user’s country of residence; (f) to enforce SINGH VIP RESIDENCY’s Terms of Use; (g) to protect SINGH VIP RESIDENCY’s operations or those of any of our affiliates; (h) to protect SINGH VIP RESIDENCY’s rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of SINGH VIP RESIDENCY’s affiliates, the user’s or others; and (i) to allow SINGH VIP RESIDENCY to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that SINGH VIP RESIDENCY may sustain.

 

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES 

• Security deposit money would be refunded after clearing all dues and course completion.
• Last month rent will not be adjusted from the security deposit money.
• One month security deposit and one-month advance rent will be taken as deposit.
